About Parker
The Town of Parker was incorporated in 1981 and included the Rowley Downs subdivision, the downtown area and the Parker Square and Parker Plaza commercial areas. The incorporated area encompassed approximately one square mile and included 285 residents. Soon after incorporation in 1981, the Town adopted zoning and subdivision ordinances.
The first decade of the Town's history saw the Town increased from one square mile to 13 square miles. The Town's population has increased from less than 300 at incorporation to more than 45,000 currently.
Parker can trace its colorful recent history to the establishment of the Pine Grove Post Office by Alfred Butters around 1863. Prior to that time, the area was used for hunting by Indians, including the ancients (prehistoric), the Plains-Woodland Indians, and later (1800s) mostly Arapaho, Cheyenne and Ute Indians.
White men explored the general area in the early part of the 19th century; James Pursley in 1803, Baptiste LaLande in 1804, Stephen H. Long in 1820 and John Charles Fremont in 1843. read more

About Me
On January 5, 1999, Fuller Towne and Country Properties was formed by myself and 11 additional seasoned agents. The company, now with 4 offices and over 130 agents, consists of the top residential brokers from various residential companies in the Denver metro area. Prior to this, in June of 1994, I was instrumental in starting the residential division for Fuller and Company, a very successful 50+ year-old Colorado commercial real estate company.
Before Fuller and Company, I was an associate with Coldwell Banker from June of 1978 until May of 1994. I obtained my Broker's license in 1980, and the GRI and CRS designations in 1991. Before employment with Coldwell Banker, I worked part time with a small real estate company for approximately two years, in addition to being a full-time manager for a retail sporting goods store in Denver.
In the 29+ years with Coldwell Banker, Fuller and Company and Fuller Towne & Country Properties, I have achieved awards, designations and achievements including:
