Vid2r Process
The Streaming Video Real Estate Tour
- The first thing is to call us at 877.Vid2r.55 and schedule a time for our videographer to come and shoot the property or properties.
- Next, you will need to fill out the Property Info Form which asks for information about you and the property to place into the tour.
It helps when you list some key features you would like to point out about the property. We will use these key points in the narration of the tour. Please be sure to submit this as soon as possible.
- Payment for your Vid2r is due by day of video shoot. Payment may be made with a major credit card over the phone or a check may be mailed. If payment is not received by day of video shoot, Vid2r reserves the right to reschedule the tour until payment is made. Checks should be made payable to Vid2r, LLC and sent to 258 Delaware St. Denver, CO 80223
- Clients of Vid2r are responsible for the following when the home is captured on video: Making sure the property is available; making sure the property is ready and clean. If the property is not ready for videography, agent may choose to cancel shoot, but a re-shoot or not ready fee may apply. If the Videographer arrives at the property and it is untidy, the videographer will not declare the property not ready, but will shoot the property. If the client is not pleased with the video because of the unreadiness of the property for video and would like to have the property re-shot, re-shoot and travel fees will apply.

- The Videographer will take both moving and still photos of the property.
- We will edit the video, record a voiceover and put everything together into the Vid2r player. This process takes approximately 5 business days.
- Once the player is complete, you will receive a link to place it on your website as well as any other websites you have access to place it on.
- Please proof the video, photos and listing information in the player as soon as possible. If you find any errors or discrepancies, please notify Vid2r immediately at 877.Vid2r.55.
- Vid2r will place the video on at least the following websites: YouTube, Google Video, Yahoo! Video, Wellcome Mat. A complete list can be found here.
- If your listing is a showcase listing on realtor.com, we will place a link to the player on realtor.com at no charge. Non-showcase listings require a fee of $20.
- Vid2r will place your listing on Metrolist or your MLS if applicable.
