Advertising Agreement

By Ordering from Vid2r, you agree to the following:

VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY

  • An additional travel fee will apply for orders outside our regular marketing areas. Contact Vid2r for areas that may be outside of the normal coverage area which is currently the Denver Metro Area.
  • As video professionals, we feel confident that we can provide you with a video presentation that meets your standards of quality. In the event the video presentation of the home does not meet your standards of quality and presentation, we will re-edit the video once upon your detailed written instructions. ***You MUST contact Vid2r within 3 days of receiving the video. If the 2nd edit still does not meet your standards, you will be given the choice of the 1st or 2nd edit OR the raw video footage to do with as you please. Additional video editing will incur an hourly fee.
  • Additional fees will apply for additional photographs or services for seasonal changes.
  • Clients of Vid2r are responsible for the following when the home is captured on video: Making sure the property is available; making sure the property is ready and clean. If the property is not ready for videography, agent may choose to cancel shoot, but a re-shoot or not ready fee may apply. If the Videographer arrives at the property and it is untidy, the videographer will not declare the property not ready, but will shoot the property. If the client is not pleased with the video because of the unreadiness of the property for video and would like to have the property re-shot, then re-shoot and travel fees will apply.

INTERNET DISPLAY

  • All images photographed by Vid2r and displayed on the internet are the property of Vid2r. Vid2r reserves the right to use any video and photography that it shoots for it’s own marketing purposes and promotion. Vid2r clients have unlimited rights to use the tour and still pictures as they like.
  • Online maps (street, aerial, etc.) are available to each property for the general public. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these maps, as they are provided by 3rd party companies.
  • Vid2r may send your listing data to other real estate portals and websites for increased exposure to your listings. If you do not wish this to happen, you may request that we do not send your listing data to 3rd party companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or content from other 3rd party websites.
  • Vid2r is not responsible in the event other 3rd party websites cannot provide the necessary data feeds links or uploads. For example: missing MLS feeds or Realtor.com uploads.
  • In order to keep Vid2rs in “top-notch” condition, high levels of expectation exist for the quality of information posted on Vid2r’s website. We reserve the right to modify, edit or decline to activate any photographs of the property should they not meet our standards of quality. We encourage you to notify us of changes in listing price and to have us remove the tour from our website once it has sold.
  • You are granted a limited, nonexclusive right to create a “hypertext” link to this site or any property on this Site as long is it does not portray Vid2r or any of its other products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise defamatory manner.
  • All rules and regulations of site where link is posted must be followed. Vid2r will not be held responsible for posting of tours where not allowed. Check with your local rep to find out what is and is not allowed on local MLS sites. Example: some local MLS sites do not allow agent branding of any kind.
  • Vid2r will be responsible for loading hyperlinks on appropriate MLS websites (when necessary).

PAYMENT

  • Payment by credit card or cash must be received at time of order, or by videographer at time of shoot in order for video to be shot.
  • If payment is not received within 2 weeks of the video and/or photo shoot, a $25 late fee will incur for each day payment is late.
  • Your credit card may be charged for any upgrades to tours not paid for on the initial shoot.
  • Tour prices and marketing material prices are subject to change without notice.
  • In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse Vid2r for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney’s fees and other legal expenses.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Independently contracted representatives provide all services. Neither Vid2r, nor it’s independently contracted service distributors are liable for any negligence, damages, or any wrongdoing on the part of the independent service representative.
  • Neither Vid2r, nor its independently contracted distributors, is responsible for damages, delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond our reasonable control such as acts of God, weather, or other uncontrollable conditions that prohibit services from being rendered as promised. (Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Acts of Terrorism, etc.)
  • The terms and conditions are the sole understanding between Vid2r and the client.
  • No other terms or conditions apply unless specified by contract.
  • These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. Please check this document frequently for changes.
